EDUCAUSE - A nonprofit association whose mission is to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology. There are several articles relative to ePortfolio technology.

EPAC  Previously sponsored by the National Learning Infrastructure Initiative/Educause Learning Initiative and the American Association for Higher Education, the EPAC Community of Practice has been a leading resource on electronic portfolios since October 2002.  Current EPAC co-facilitators include: Helen L. Chen (Stanford University), John Ittelson (California State University Monterey Bay), Darren Cambridge (George Mason University), and Barbara Cambridge (National Council of Teachers of English).

ePort Consortium - An association of individuals from 68 countries and more than 800 higher educational and IT commercial institutions from around the world, a group of people interested in the development of academic ePortfolio software systems and the establishment of interoperability standards for such systems.

EIfEL - The European Institute for E-Learning is an  independent, not-for-profit European professional association leading the Europortfolio consortium.

PENN State - Using Blogs to create dynamic e-portfolios on the web.

- A community of members, CSU faculty, staff, administrators, that share a common interest in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning through the use of ePortfolios.

Inter/National Coalition for Electronic Portfolio Research
- The Inter/National Coaliton for Electronic Portfolio Research convenes research/practitioners to study the impact of eportfolios on student learning and educational outcomes.

Hawaii State Dept. of Education - The Hawaii State e-portfolio project.

The Iowa ePortfolio™ for Iowa School Leaders A web-based system that allows school leaders to represent the complex professional performances and artifacts that document their mastery of state and national standards.
